The Pedro Nunes Institute was present at the WebSummit with a stand dedicated to Space, where the startups from ESA Space Solutions Portugal were presented and the value proposition of Agenda New Space Portugal was announced, with the objective of promoting the Portuguese Space Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.

New Space Portugal was present at the session to present the developments and results of the projects being carried out under the Mobilising and Green Agendas for Business Innovation - PRR, which took place in Leiria on September 20.

The 9th edition of the Coimbra Space Summer School, held at the Pedro Nunes Institute in September, included a presentation by GEOSAT on new Earth Observation technologies, as well as the value proposition of Agenda New Space Portugal, in a lecture entitled “The Future of Space”.

CEiiA and the University of Minho, two of the entities of Agenda New Space Portugal, promoted the “Space and Us” debate at the QSP Summit, moderated by Manuel Heitor and Dava Newman, former director of NASA.
